Fabrica is the control plane for a small autonomous coding team. You talk only to Faber, the manager, inside a Claude Code session; Faber drafts specs, opens issues, spawns a Claude coder subagent to build, and runs a Codex reviewer to review. Claude and Codex never talk directly — the pull request is the message bus.

The split is cross-vendor on purpose: one model writes and a different one reviews, so their blind spots don’t line up. Judgment lives at the direction rather than the diff — you approve the north star and Faber pursues it, pulling you back in only for milestones, genuine standoffs, and high-risk changes.

Valor is an open-source, local-first career coach for developers that runs inside Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Cursor. It turns the assistant layer developers already use into a place for daily briefings, PR review coaching, design-doc guidance, task selection, weekly reflections, wrap-ups, and 1:1 prep.

Its local core stores career framework, state, and work evidence under ~/.valor/ with plain Markdown, Python, and SQLite. Valor can enrich coaching with GitHub, Jira, calendar, and news context when those tools are available, while keeping its own evidence store local and inspectable.

MapleFolio helps Canadian investors design and execute a contribution plan across CAD and USD accounts. Set a target allocation and a recurring contribution, and it shows current-vs-target drift, handles the CAD→USD conversion, and turns the plan into an exact buy list plus a calendar of reminders — you place the trades yourself.

It’s local-first: everything lives in your browser, with no accounts, no server, and no broker integration. Your own portfolio ships only as an editable default preset, and scenarios export to JSON. Web first so it’s usable today, with a native iOS app to follow if it earns it — joining MapleDays in the Maple family.

SetCue is a focused iPhone app for lifters who already know how to train. It turns a repeatable split into today’s top-set target, with the target weight, reps, and practical loading hint ready in the app or on the Home Screen widget.

The app starts from the working set someone is already doing, estimates an internal Training Max, and handles the progression math from there. Its default loop is intentionally small: plan the split, check today’s target, record Done, Hard, or Missed, and move on.

MapleDays is a local-first iPhone and iPad app for tracking trips outside Canada and turning that travel history into a clearer physical-presence ledger. It is now available on the Apple App Store.

SnowOverflow started as an app for finding ski buddies and planning trips, and has since grown into SnowOverflow Foundation, a nonprofit focused on making winter sports more accessible. The app experience now lives at SnoFlow and is available on the App Store.
